Past the Batangas – Cavite Boundary in Batulao, you are now headed down to Nasugbu National Highway towards the Palico junction.
At the Palico junction, take a right turn and follow the national highway. At your left side you will see Central Azucarera Don Pedro. Go straight ahead until you reach a T intersection with a Shell Gas Station at your left side. Taking a left turn at this point will lead you to the town proper of Lian and Calatagan.
Taking a right turn at the T intersection across the Shell Gas Station will lead you to the town proper of Nasugbu. At the town proper on your left side, look for a Jollibee outlet. Taking a left turn at the Jollibee outlet will lead you to different beach resorts.
However going straight at this junction will lead you to different beach coves of Nasugbu. By just following the national road at this point, you will approach barrio Wawa. This is where the uphill climb to the different beautiful places in Nasugbu starts.
At barrio Wawa, right after the bridge, on your left side is the uphill entrance to Canyon Cove. One of the big resorts in the Nasugbu area.
Going straight at this point will lead you up hill to Munting Buhangin, Maya-Maya, Tali beach, Punta Fuego and Pico de Loro. Driving up this hill will give you a good view of the mountains and the beautiful blue sea of Nasugbu.
Going to Lian and Calatagan towns, you have two options. Here is the first option you can take.
Take the same route from the Nasugbu route. However instead of taking a right turn at the Shell Gas Station, you should take a left turn to reach Lian and Calatagan.
After taking a left turn at the Shell Gas Station, go straight ahead and you are headed to the town proper of Lian. After the town proper of Lian, follow the national highway and it will lead you uphill to a winding road and will lead you to barrio Matabungkay.
If you are going to Matabungkay beaches, one has to take special attention on the sign on the road. And the road to Matabungkay is on your right side with a well-paved cemented side road. Take a right turn and you will see the strip of resorts.
Going straight will lead you to a T intersection. Taking a left turn in the intersection will lead you to the town of Balayan, which is the Balayan-Lian Highway.
However, driving straight at the intersection, will lead you to the town of Calatagan. The first resort you will hit is Lago de Oro, which is on your right side.
At this point it will really depend on which destination you are headed too in Calatagan. Driving straight further, at your left side you will notice hacienda Bigaa, and other resort in Calatagan.
From the Palico junction instead of taking a right turn, take a left turn towards the town of Tuy. Go straight until you reach a fork road. Taking the left side at the fork road will lead you to the town proper of Tuy.
Instead, veer to the right side and will lead you to the town of Balayan. Go straight and follow the national highway until you approach a 3-way intersection. Taking the left side or veering to your left will lead you to the towns of Calaca and Lemery. Taking the middle road however will lead you to the town of Balayan.
Now, if you are going to Calatagan and Matabungkay you should take a right turn. This road is called the Balayan-Lian National Highway, and is an alternate route to Calatagan and Matabungkay.
Take the road and go straight until you approach a T intersection. Taking a left turn, will lead you to Calatagan. While taking a right turn will lead you to Matabungkay and the town proper of Lian.
